Cheapest, fastest was an experiment I did in my Yatra stint. Indians invariably opted for cheapest. Having said that, unless you are in share, I have seen drivers getting recommendation on the fastest routes and customers getting to influence it by having a conversation with driver. Not sure if a product feature would be needed here. Looks an overkill to me.
